While visitors from the UK flock to the Mediterranean to get some sunshine, so the french too, but quite a few french visitors come here from Lyon and Grenoble to escape the intense heat at these lower altitude places. Personally I like a bit of everything, sea, sun, mountains, lakes etc. etc.
